We are about to celebrate a monumental milestone together! On Friday, June 19th, 2026, we are hosting our 52nd Birthday Gala Party and the official premiere of our brand-new show, "Star-Struck."
This celebration proves that after 52 years, we haven't lost our touch—we are stronger than ever because we work together as one big happy team! This Gala is our moment to turn the world "upside right," dare to be different, and celebrate with our most cherished friends and sponsors. We want every single guest to leave feeling like they were hanging off a star and completely starstruck.
Because this is a major event with a completely flipped schedule, unique menu logistics, and special guest stars, please review the details below so everyone is fully informed.
The "Flipped" Schedule & Timeline
We are shaking things up for this event, so please pay close attention to the order of the evening:
6:15 p.m. – Guest Arrival: Champagne and popcorn await our guests as they arrive.
Act I – The Premiere: We are doing the Show First! The night kicks off immediately with the premiere of "Star-Struck."
Act II – Dinner:
Garden Salad: Refreshing and delightful—crisp fresh greens, sweet grapes, and juicy tomatoes perfectly tossed in Joanne’s signature dressing.
Vegetarian Delight : Lovely vegetable stir-fry with tofu, served with rice and topped with a balsamic glaze.
Atlantic Salmon: Sourced salmon from the pristine waters of the Bay of Fundy. Pan-seared to perfection, offering a buttery, succulent, and fresh taste of the ocean.
Chicken Supreme : Tender chicken supreme in butter, and herb sauce, served with buttery mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Act III – Music & Dancing: We wrap up the night with incredible live music, legendary guest performers, and dancing.
